i shared half of the sea food fried rice with the security personnel of our building.
It's so delicious!!
i ate all, and only shells left on my plate.
But you know what?
i felt very hungry one hour after this night snack.
i think that i am a tremendous eater!!
晚上,炒了盤海鮮飯當宵夜,內含蛤仔、魷魚、紅蘿蔔、蕃茄、雞蛋、大量的薑、葱、蒜和白飯。
裝了一半給我們樓下的管理員伯伯,熱騰騰,噴著白煙的海鮮炒飯,讓他眼睛一亮。
上樓後,我在15mins內解決了這一大盤海鮮飯。
一個小時後,我肚子狂叫,又餓了!
下次我會記得~再多炒一些!!
我的腸胃很怪,有時很脆弱,吃什麼就拉什麼;但,有時又像這樣,像個無底洞,根本就是大胃王。嘆~~

Night Snack 2: Beef Onion
Material: beef, onion, ginger, green onion, garlic, black pepper, tomato sauce
This beef dish tastes spicy with little tomato sweet.
It suits rice and noodles, very delicious!!!~

Recipe:
- To cut up many different vegetables into small pieces, and to fry with beef which already pickled rice wine and soy sauce all night
- To add black pepper and chili powder when cooking

沒事在家時,我除了愛看國家地理頻道、知識頻道的節目外,最愛的就是觀賞中西方各種有關烹飪、點心製作的節目了!
雖然沒能一一照著作,但是,經過幾個月看電視學煮菜,我學到了關於烹飪、食材、調味料的基本知識。
我覺得~能瞭解為何一道菜是用某些菜、肉來搭配的原因、理由,那麼,以後當我手邊有某些蔬果、魚、肉時,我就能靈活運用了。
這或許也就能解釋~為何大部份的婆婆媽媽們都不看食譜煮菜,而是憑著她們的經驗,看手邊有什麼菜、肉,就能炒出幾道香噴噴的菜。希望有一天,我也能達到這樣的境界。
雖然目前僅一人吃全家飽,沒有人可以給我作的菜任何建議。但,還好樓下有值夜班的管理員伯伯願意接受我所提供的宵夜,這樣就有人可以給我客觀的意見,期待我的廚藝越來越好。

Indeed, in my country, we also have that kind of disk, not 100% same but around 60% ^^ I am expert in making it :D
